That error message suggests that someone using the domain portion of your email address (@prospectortech.com) has been sending marketing materials (SPAM) that yahoo users have determined is unwanted.
As such, when they mark it as SPAM, it gets flagged. At some point when enough people flag it as SPAM, yahoo will block connections from your mail server to send further emails.
You may have to work with yahoo to ask them what email address caused the flag so you can figure what's going on.

For some reason any email I send to CBQ@yahoogroups.com is returned as undeliverable. It is labeled "temporarily deferred due to user complaints - 4.16.55.1". I used to be able to post via email without a problem. My email is hosted by Network Solutions. Is there any way to fix this? I have been a member of the group since at least 2011. My email address is kirby@prospectortech.com. I have had the same email address since before the year 2000. Thank you for any help. Kirby Lambert
