According to Hol Wagner, the engines were 900 hp 201A, the Winton numbering system. Whether or not they were eventually replaced with 567s, I do not know but would not be surprised. I will also demur on the EA. These were known at the time and have been numerously most authoritatively identified as EAs, even as the quite different B&0s had the same designation. The E referred to Eighteen Hundred, and the production was A. Confusing, yes; but that is the way it was when all these locomotives in the primordial soup of diesel-dom were custom made. Denny
