We have a member of our model railroad club who is an employee at Caboose. He tells us that the building owner (Caboose does not own the building) has sold it, and the building is slated to be torn down. The shop does indeed have 90 days to vacate the property. The owners want to keep the business running, but there is no word yet as to whether or not they found a new location. They put deep discounts on everything in inventory so when they finally close down they're not moving a lot of the remaining inventory. Apparently they're still taking orders for upcoming releases.
