That pretty well summarizes what I know of the situation.  I do know that Dwayne Miller wants to keep the business going, but space rental in the Denver area is incredibly expensive right now and they may not be able to find space they can afford.

We have a member of our model railroad club who is an employee at Caboose.  He tells us that the building owner (Caboose does not own the building) has sold it, and the building is slated to be torn down.  The shop does indeed have 90 days to vacate the property.  The owners want to keep the business running, but there is no word yet as to whether or not they found a new location.  They put deep discounts on everything in inventory so when they finally close down they're not moving a lot of the remaining inventory.  Apparently they're still taking orders for upcoming releases.  They're also still taking items on consignment.
