I always use a scale rule when making copies. Also have to blow them up to O Scale. You are right the 12 ft. truck spacing from center of rear truck to end of car body scales out to 10' 6" They had to print smaller to fit the page. The drawing for Silver Charger in Nov. 64 RMC is printed across the two pages 34-35 and scales just a hair small but very close.
