I think that the book Leo was referring to is too new to be at Archive or Hathi. Maybe inter-library loan?

The Hathitrust has a downloadable copy in their digital collection

The only problem is that they limit you to saving one page at a time....but there is a workaround application that robotically saves all the pages and puts them into a single volume

If you aren't in a rush I want to get the book as it has some good insights into the CB&N and I'll share it with you when I get it
