Louis the photo you posted, looks to be a Fairmont. The front wheels look like a Fairmont design. Attached is a photo from the Fairmont archives that looks very similar to the push car in your photo.

 

Just to show the ingenuity of railroads, also attached is a photo showing how an Indian motorcycle was used to power a hand car.
