I don’t think the trucks are Allied Full Cushion….it almost appears to me that they have some sort of body bolster supports.  The Allieds were pretty flat appearing in side view.  The first coach could look Q but there seems to be an over abundance of vents along the clerestory.  My hunch the train originated offline with other equipment.

Rupert - OK, then that means the two wood box cars and following passenger car consist were most likely an off-line troop train interchanged to the Q in Chicago. Thanks - Louis

The only CB&Q box cars I know of that were equipped for passenger service were XM-32 and XM-33 – no single sheathed ones.
