The Chicago, West Pullman and Southern serviced IS&B. The CWP was at the south end of the Rock's wye at 95th. St. I never saw any Q hopper movements north up the Rock's wye during day light. Perhaps at night. The hoppers may have made it up to Pullman Junction or maybe on the IHB or Belt. The last part is pure speculation on my part.
