100H3207 as I understand it only includes the railroad or train name as appropriate. 100H3206 includes the actual car names. 

But contact the company for clarification. I only went looking for the decal set after seeing the first email about it, and am considering buying a set of each for myself.

I assume that we are talking about set #100H3207 for $8.95, not the other CB&Q set.  I had seen this in the catalog before, but I did not realize from the description that it includes some 60 car names and numbers until Ken's post.

Portland Car & Foundry has recently had some HO scale CB&Q passenger car decals printed in what Champ used to refer to as Bronze Gold (simulated gold leaf). There are four different styles (lengths) of BURLINGTON and also lettering for the AK-SAR-BEN, ARISTOCRAT and BLACKHAWK. There are approximately sixty different car names, plus numbers. I just received some yesterday, but my initial impression is that they look pretty good. They have not been coated, so one may want to overspray them and/or use Microscale Liquid Decal Film on them.
