Received the following from Bill Schultz, the ultimate authority on Burlington Zephyrs and other passenger service:P

"All agree its Savanna.  From the sunlight angle, this is No. 22, and not an excursion (wrong time of day for an eastbound excursion; railroad couldn't have spared this number of post-war cars from regularly-assigned service for an excursion).  The pre-war dining-parlor-obs is substituting for the regularly-assigned baggage-buffet.  The presence of six dome-chair cars suggests that three of them are CZ cars, which in the late fifties was a not-infrequent expedient to add capacity to the Twins on weekends (arrive Chicago on 18 and depart Chicago on 23 same-day; thereafter double dome-coaches off 18 back out on 17 same-day until the trio removed for Chicago-Minneapolis service was restored to the Chicago-Oakland lines).  What should help narrow the date is that 9910B retains its name."

Thus the date must be sometime in the early 1950s, after the truck skirts were removed from the E5s but before the names were removed.
