Found my note from the CSRM items.

1) 5 Compartment-2 Drawing-Rooms  (16 beds)

2) 1 Roomette-3 Single Bedroom-4 Double Bedroom-Drawing-Room  (15 beds)

3) 1 Roomette-3 Single Bedroom-2 Double Bedroom-Compartment - Drawing-Room   (13 beds)

Do remember that the NP Ry got Dome-Sleeprs 4 Rmt-4 Single Bdrm - 4 Double Bdrm (16 beds)

Your reason for the no Dome-Sleeper for the CZ may be the reason, or just part of it.

My guess is that domes on sleepers would have reduced the available space for sleeping compartments, so they weren't cost effective.

I have come across drawings of proposed dome-sleepers @ CSRM. 3 varieties

I know the CB&Q-D&RGW-WP went for the 6DB-5Cpt sleepers.

Reason(s) dome-sleepers didn't happen?
