Richard, It is interesting that you indicate that the cement plant in Superior has been gone for several years. If you look at the current Google satellite view of Superior, what appears to be a cement loading plant is quite prominent with a number of covered hoppers spotted for loading and a lot of white material all over the ground in the vicinity.
