John: I thought of that possibility also...Both the CNW...Santa Fe...and MP operated into Superior....HOWEVER the MP never ran over the Q tracks...they crossed the Q west of town...Both CNW and ATSF lines ended at Superior so they would not have run over Q trackage...I think maybe that it might have been a joint agency for Q * ATSF...and I'm not sure about CNW. I don't remember if was with the UP, the MP or some other road. The top signal was the Q TO board and the lower signal may have been the other road's TO board.
