Ken,

I used Scalecoat I on the one I painted for a friend. It definitely looks
different than silver.

Subject: [CBQ] Pendulum Car

I recently acquired a copy of Al Holck's Burlington Route Color Pictorial
Volume 1 and noticed a photo of Burlington's pendulum car on page 46. I don't
recall ever having seen a color photo of the car before, but in black and white
photos it always looked pretty silver to me. This photo, and the caption, seem
to indicate that it was "silver-gray." Does anyone have any suggestions as to
what an appropriate paint might be for a model of this car?

Thanks for any help you can provide.
