Many of of the plans Maxwell sold were not his own drawings but simply reduced-size, reverse copies of company blueprints, which were of variable quality. The lines in some places are faint, and the writing (e.g., numbers, dimensions) sometimes hard to read.


I assume you know there were HO kits produced for the section houses. Not sure about other scales.


If you're planning to model the stock pens, also check out the Sept/Oct 1985 issue of Model Railroading. It has an article on building the pens, with redrawn plans and modeling tips.
