Richard,

After John's death his son Bruce contiunued to sell copies. After  Bruce died a couple of years ago the drawings passed to his brother who is not interested in dealing with them. So at the moment the drawing collection is in limbo. Your best bet is to find someone who has a copy and getting a copy from them.

John Maxwell was a prolific drawer of plans, especially for narrow gauge cars, locos, and structures.  I am trying to locate copies of two of his plans: C&S section houses, and C&S stockyards.  Can anybody tell me a source?  The Colorado Railroad Museum used to carry them, but hasn't for years.
