The Pennsylvania Rail Road owned 6-5 sleeping car Silver Shadow for use on the California Zephyr. I read that the Pennsy and New York Central alternated delivering sleepers from Chicago through to New York, so, my question is, did the New York Central own a sleeper, as the PRR did? I can't imagine the NYC carrying a sleeper labeled "PRR", their arch-rival, on one of their trains. Bill Scott
