That is part of the problem with Railroading.  If you went there you would not believe it.  And all the BS we put up with over the years

It goes to show that the train crews are the golden boys of railroading. If I did something to get fired it was forever. Train crews were "fired" for a certain time period and then they were back on the property making the same mistake that got them fired before.
