According to Chicago and Aurora Div track alignment book updated to 12/29/59 the east yard limit and division line line between Aurora/La Crosse was at MP 142.89 exactly .5 miles east of the timber bridge over the east end of the yard at MP 143.39 and east of the stock yard.

All the seniority lists I have do not show Savanna yard men as Aurora men. I have never heard of Savanna yd as being part of the Aurora div

I'm looking at the Locomotive assignment sheet that the BRHS reprinted for 1950, and I'm wondering if the Savanna yard switchers would be contained under the Aurora division or the La Crosse division?  I believe these assingments to divisions changed over time.   Seeing as the yard was about a mile southeast of the city, I would suspect the locomotives would be under the Aurora division listing.  Anyone know for sure where they assigned in 1950?
