Literally, in this case, there
is not a GWWR book -unless you ask for it. This is a
particularly shady publishing practice that has
sprung up recently with advances in print on demand
technology (which makes doing it cheap).
Here is how it works- a "bot" (program) searches
internet search engines for niche topics that might
have a potential for an audience. Once the topic is
selected it given a title and an "author." These
"authors" are just names, some have "written"
thousands of "books".
Title, "author" and generic cover art are then
posted for sale on line as a "book" for sale. No
book at this point in the process exists, unless...
If someone orders it (usually at an absurdly high
price), then a on line search is made for articles
on the topic. These gathered and printed and presto,
a "book"! It is like this is done without human
editorial involvement- its all accomplished by the
program.
The "book" is a collection of stuff available for
free on the internet. The material has not even been
gathered yet- unless someone asks for it. They
obviously think its a legal process so long as they
print a disclaimer as to the materials origins
on-line.
Save the library some money- don't order the "book"!
