[CBQ] CB&Q roundhouse at Hannibal

List, I have found a large number of blueprint drawings of various structures 
here at Hannibal.  Subjects include additions of stalls 1,2,3, and 4 in 1925.  
Remodeling of the General office building in 1951.  Also an 1899 layout of 
H&StJo facilities.  New BR depot in 1953-54.  Also new CTC addition that was 
built in 1951 on the north side of the general office building.  One blueprint 
that was strange to me was called a Washout plant built in 1928.  It appeared 
to be a two story building with a large tank on both sides   It was added to 
existing roundhouse on the northwest side of the RH.  Any idea what this was ?  
It was gone by the late 50s.
