[CBQ] When did the CB&Q sell the E5s to the C&S ?

Hello all-

"Diesel Locomotive Rosters" by Waynor states that the CB&Q acquired the E5s 
9909, 9910A-9912A, 9910B-9912B, 9913, 9914A/B and 9915A/B in 1940 with a note 
that 9909, 9910A/B, 9911A/B, 9913 and 9914A were sold to the C&S and renumbered 
9953, 9951A/B, 9952A/B, 9954 and 9955. There is no indication when this 
occured. On the website http://www.streamlinerschedules.com, they have the 
schedule and consist for the Texas Zephyr on February 2, 1941. It shows 9950A, 
SILVER RACER. and 9950B, SILVER STEED, at the head of the train. Where these 
E5s sold to C&S to operate the Texas Zephyr starting in August 1940? I am 
trying to get an accurate consist for the train.
