I have several slides in dad's collection of NYC power here in St. Paul, MN. at the Bluff yard, and being used on CB&Q trains going eastbound. Several other roads (fallen flags) Erie Lackawanna, Pennsy, Penn Central, just to name a few. As well as Santa Fe, Union Pacific, and SP units as well also on the CB&Q here in St. Paul.

I was reading in Mike Spoor's Volume 4 and noticed the NYC at times ran thru power on the CD. Did the power get cut off at Galesburg or run all the way thru to Lincoln, Grand Island or Denver? Thanks, Ricky Ricky, There's a shot in an early '67 issue of "Trains" that shows NYC power at Aurora, on what is described as a new run-through freight between Elkhart and Galesburg, the "NYQ". But I wouldn't be surprised if NYC power went farther west as well, as PRR power did. Fred R. __._,_.___
