Bryan,

EMD applied all weather windows to some of the EJ&E units during production. One was misapplied and fell off. A farmer's goat found it and ate the fiberglass, then died. The farmer billed EJ&E for the lost goat and EJ&E forwarded the bill to EMD for warranty reimbursement! True story.

I've been looking for those Overland ones for a while and decided to go with the MLE ones when I couldn't find them.  Oh well.

For CB&Q purposes, these are not totally accurate.  I believe the Q's windows were flat on the top.  The MLE and Overlands have a 45 degree slope on the top section and are spot on for the ones used on the EJ&E.  You may have to splice 2 of the Details West window boxes together, but then I don't think the end windows have the correct opening.  I don't think there is a perfect solution.
