you have to read thru the book and pick out what you can use.
My book is the 10 Edition and on page 531 shows the forms for the walls of the elevation while page 588 gets into box culverts great for modeling.
The article on the pilings shows the piles loaded on flats to move to the construction sites.  Another good modeling article start.

"A Treatise on Masonry Construction" by Ira Osborn Baker a prof at U of I first published in 1889 is a very indepth study on that subject complete with plans for forms for the Chicago Elevation work by most of the roads( one of those rare books you stumble over never realizing you can use )
