Denny,

The car order didn't change at CUS.  When the commuter train was running toward the city (eastbound) the generator car was the last car on far west of the train.  When traveling toward Aurora (westbound), it was the first car behind the locomotive.  One of those weird things...

I have an HO Overland model of the Burlington commute HEP combine #7313 with shadow lining. Very handsome.  However, the configuration of the interior detailing has all the seats facing toward the passenger end, not the HEP end.  Although I presume that the prototype had walk-over seats of some kind, was it policy otherwise  to line these cars with the HEP on the trail end of the train (what few photos in my possession, as well as personal memories say otherwise)?

Thank you-

Denny
