Ice probably would have survived the "over 4 MPH" impacts. I think it was packed so tight and cushioned with sawdust so it would have been pretty much part of the car itself ..others....well....not so much

Carloads of eggs: orginated 5,020,received in interchange 1,499 total handled 6,519 !
Carloads of Ice: orginated 4,155,received in interchange 19 total handled 4,174.
Archie,Bob,Doug,Karl,Pete and others what do you think the lading would have looked like if we had handled these products in our work years ?!
