In December,1934, the MWB-7's were on the roster but by July 1935, they not listed in the ORER. I did not know of this kit so have not built it. The CB&Q did buy 400 Rodgers Ballast cars in 1905. They were numbereed 71400-71799 and are shown in my 1910 ORER, however they are not in my 1940 ORER.
