Were these just two shell companies in existance due to local state regulation. I know Texas once had a law that all railroads running in the state had to have headquarters in their state. Were they all run on a daily basis as one company for the guys with boots on the ground? Or were they run as three closely related but seperate companies. I have read where some engines were not equipped as well for them as compared to the Q. Thank you, Less ------------------------------------ Yahoo!
