Duncan, Ted Schnepf of Rails Unlimited has reproduced several Railroad Shipper Guides, also known as Industry Guides. A look at his website will give you an idea an idea of what to look for and an idea of the various titles used. http://railsunlimited.ribbonrail.com/Books/shippers.html I don't believe Ted has ever done a CB&Q directory. There are also various websites that have variations of railroad industry lists. I know the CB&Q published these valuable books. And Rob Adams references one for his website on the Keokuk and Western website http://keokukandwesternrr.com/facilities.htm So keep looking. I have scans of several for the M&StL, and refer to them often. You might also look for a Shippers Guide for the other railroads in Keokuk as the guide would indicate if reciprocal switching was in place and where.
