As FYI Steve Holding and myself talked to Wayne and a member of his staff
for at least a half hour at the BRHS Spring Meet. We provided him the name
of the Condr of the east end wayfreight during the 60s/70s. I also have been
 corresponding with him via email.

I have a Q million miler envelope that is partially filled with various
forms to give to Wayne but he can use more.In particular they could use the
typical tools found in a waycar: hammer, chisel, packing hooks, oil
can,waste,journal pads,chains,flagging bag & it's
contents(fusees,torpedos,flags)
,rags,a knuckle or two,spare air hoses,etc,etc,

By the way it was the rear brakemans responsibility to make sure the above
items were on board before departing. Pity the brakie who needed a knuckle
or chain while in route and didn't have one.
