[CBQ] Commuter Operations

While we are on the subject of commuter operations I rode downtown and back 
 yesterday evening and night to watch the pitiful Cubs. 
 
On the eastbound trip there were two contract "railroad police" on the  
westbound trip there were seven yes I said seven ! 
 
What strikes me about this is well into recent history the Conductor and  
train crew were the police force on the train. I personaly had to handle some 
 situations over the years and have had  the police meet us at a station  
once or twice. I know things have changed but didn't reliaze how much as I  
normally ride the day trains.
