From a 1954 Employee timetable the train to Washington was 22/23.
Looking through Bulletin 30 on the B&W/B&NW the mixed used an
Atlantic into the '50's. It was replaced with a NW-2. However on the
last day of operation along the B&W in 1934 motor 9814 was used. Pics
at Fremont & Noble.

In the 1940's train 31/34 used a motor (gas-electric) to run from
Burlington to Viele then west through Creston to Carrolton. By 1957
this had been cut back to train 77/78 from Viele to Bloomfield.
Looking through Corbins K&W book I see pics of 9529('30's), 9813,
9815, 9817.

9814 to 9818 were the same. A brass model of them was imported way
back in 1982. The Spectrum and Walthers plastic are not correct for
Q. I have modified the Spectrum into a pseudo Q 9568 and the Walthers
into a pseudo 9725 by replacing the sides. For the roof vents use
Detail Associates Harriman Roof vent, Walthers Part # 229-6604.
