      It is the "Royal Palace".  That is why I said "ex-Southern Crescent" 
rather than just "ex-Southern".  It is being worked on so it can pass PC-1 and 
PC-2 requirements, but I don't know much in the way of detail on that project 
and haven't seen the car since it's off-site.
