[CBQ] Car 57 history

Your Car 57 kit arrived here on the West Coast today, and it looks great. This 
will be a very attractive and useful model for me. Please let us know when 
decals arrive, as I'll want some, no doubt.

I'm pretty you shared this information before, but it would be helpful if you 
could post a brief history of lettering/numbering changes on this car, so we 
can know the approximate years those things changed. 

Thanks very much for producing this kit and for all your good work excavating 
and restoring the real thing!
