All older CB&Q public TT's, readily available, have 3 & 4 pp foldout maps 
showing many stations plus you can look at any specific table therein & locate 
smaller stations between points listed.

Old Official Guides have some maps available and show all the 
branches and station on each time table segment even though the 
particular branch may be freight only.
