How was the mileage equalization done? If the Aurora man ran right to
Burlington, he covered the E. Ottumwa Div. miles from Galesburg to Burlington?
How were the miles split if the next crew ran burlington to Creston? Did
certain jobs got to the E. Ottumwa crews and others to W. Ottumwa crews, or did
they divide the miles by calendar days?
