[CBQ] Burlington Bridge

There was an article in the morning Hawkeye newspaper that say the draw span 
will be replaced in the next 62 days starting december 15 when the corp of 
engieers close the river to repair lock and dam 18 which is just north of 
burlington.the coast gaurd has granted permission to the burlington northern 
for the bridge to remain closed for the enter time of the lock closure to make 
it easier on the contractor and railroad
