Hi to all
I know its been ages......but a larger size Pullman took priority.
Anyway the car 57 replica in HO is heading to the moldmaker tomorrow and we
hopefully will have the first kits sometime in January Febuary 2011.
This will be a Plan 320 1887/1888 Pullman day car 65' long over the platforms.
The kit will comprise a one piece bodyshell, one piece roof, and two platform,
step and bolster assemblies, gas tanks will be either cast in place or separate
items. Full roof detail will be present including panel lines (no pun intended)
chimneys and gas line. Other fittings will include Stove chimneys, railings and
truss rods. Trucks will be up to the buyer to obtain, but the Walthers 933-1077
Pullman 8ft 4 wheel trucks look great.

I am currently looking abroad at Decal manufacturers to produce seriously nice
gold roadnames and numbers for Denver, Texas and Fort Worth, UPD&G and C&S with
4 different numbers to suit.
Built up models will be available too, prices to follow.
We hope the kit will be around the $45 mark.
The first run will be limited to 50 and i know many already expressed interest,
so perhaps you could let me know again what you would like.
This plan of the car was also used by Central of New Jersey, Southern Pacific,
Great Northern and others.

All proceeds will go to the upkeep of and restoration of the real thing here in
Cheyenne
Attached is a poor quality photo of the master prior to the windows being
sealed
up.

Thanks
Mike Pannell
