Rupert,

I have BN List of Equipment No. 1 issued September 1970. It's much more 
brief than the Q equipment listings.

Here is what the BN List shows for the cars that were not in the January 
1969 Q list:

83700-83704 - Built 1969, AAR Type FMS, 55' length, 7' 4" width, 3' 10" 
height, 100,000lb capacity, Assigned to Special Service
91902-91904 - Built ????, AAR Type FMS, 61' 6" length, 11' 6" width, 3' 
6" height, 150,000lb capacity, Exceeds Plate C
91950 - Built 1969, Type FMS, 50' length, 9' 4" width, 3' 7" height, 
154,000lb capacity
