[CBQ] Naperville Crash

I've mentioned before that Chuck Spinner was researching the Naperville Crash 
between the Advance Flyer and the Exposition Flyer.

As part of his research, he recently went to the North East Railway Museum 
where he saw BA-11 baggage car #1530 and was told it in the consist of the 
Exposition Flyer at the time of The Crash.  However, there are no baggage cars 
listed in the Bulletin 42 for the Exposition Flyer for that day.

So he has a couple of queries. Why would there not be a baggage car on the 
Exposition Flyer?  What happened to passengers' baggage?
