Hello, I have used rubbing alcohol and a soft pencil eraser and it worked fine. It may dull the paint some, but need to spray a protective coat over the decal anyway. John ----- Original Message ----- From: John Manion<mailto:railbass@comcast.net> To: CBQ@yahoogroups.com<mailto:CBQ@yahoogroups.com> Sent: Sunday, April 04, 2010 6:24 AM Subject: [CBQ] C&S #900 I have a Challenger Imports C&S E5a 2-10-2 factory painted as #903 with Elesco FWH. I want to renumber it #900. What would be the best way to remove the numbers from the cab and tender without damaging the paint? - John Manion [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------------------ Yahoo!
