OSH is Orchard Supply Hardware, a chain here in California, dating from the
1920s or 30s, iirc. The name pretty well captures its original intended
customer base. The owner/founder was a railroad fan - he built a live steam
railroad (large scale, maybe 7" gauge???) somewhere down around Santa Cruz,
which was still running as of a few years ago; Ray or Bill or one of the South
Bay folks probably knows more about all this.
Anyway, every year, the day after Christmas, they release a wall calendar for
the new year, always high-quality paintings of railroad scenes. It's free at
their check-out registers and usually is gone within a few days.
