Hi Dave,

This offer goes out not only to Paul but to anyone, anyone who needs air
brush help or paint help. If I can't get to you and emailing is not working
just send me your phone number and I'll call and talk to you. To me that's
what customer service is all about, you don't see Testors out here or
Scalecoat or Paasche or even Iwata. I'm out helping Badger and even our
competitors customers 24/7, heck I have even helped folks on Christmas day.

Dave, there are 3 Badger air brushes that work great with acrylic paints.
The first one is the Model 200NH single action, next would be the Model 155
Anthem double action, and last would be the Model 360 Universal double
action. All of these air brushes were design to spray acrylic paints, I use
the 200NH and the 155. If you are looking for a new air brush let me know as
I know where you can get them for a great price.

MODELflex is pre thinned and is air brush ready, if you need to thin your
paint just add some distilled water, your paint consistency should be like
2% milk. MODELflex sprays out at 15 to 25 psi, I spray at 20 with great
results. MODELflex can be dried with a blow drier, dry time is about 15
minutes. Air dry time is about 30 to 45 minutes depending on the climate you
live in.When using colors like yellows. oranges and red, I recommend putting
on a white under coat first. These colors are more transparent and the white
help bring out the true color.

MODELflex is a semi gloss paint and is decal ready so you don't need to put
a gloss coat on first unless you are using one of our flat colors. We make
several finish coats, we make a 16-601 clear gloss, 16-602 clear satin and a
16-603 clear flat. When it is time to clean up we also have our own cleaner,
it comes in 1 oz, 4 oz and 16 oz bottles. We also make an Extender 16-600
this is used to slow down the dry time and helps break up the surface
tension.

All of our railroad colors are matched to Dupont High performance rail
coatings and are lighten for scale. Most of the major manufactures have a
full rack of our paints in there shops and most try to match to our colors.
I have been researching railroad colors for over 25 years and have one of
the largest collections color standards.

Dave I hope this info helps, if I have missed anything please feel free to
email me at any time I will be more than happy to help you out. My email
address is BNJohn@sbcglobal.net

Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving
