I used Badger CB&Q Chinese Red for my Walthers chinese red waycars. Seemed to work well. Nice thing about the wood waycars is there was a variety of markings on them. Even though they may have been the same class waycar, they were not all uniform in the way the were marked. There were odd balls here and there. Such as having a different herald. Lots of fun to play with. R.W. Folks, One of my friends has sent home a half dozen of the above waycars for me to build and finish for him. 1) Would someone have a copy of those instructions they could scan and send along? 2) The cars need a bit of touch up work - can anyone recommend a good make/paint that would come close to the red used by Walthers on these cars?
