Not to worry. Trespassing is not an option. I have never been to West Burlington so it would have to be within public viewing before I would even consider if it were even there. I would find out first if it was and where it was located. If it can't be photographed from public land I will just have to be happy with my BN photos. Not really a big deal. Actually I would not plan such a trip just to see one stored locomotive. I am more interested in photographing active locomotives.
