BNSF 2830: Turbo blew up, Chicago IL 01-08-09.
Laid Up at Northtown MN 01-15-09.
Plan will be to move it to West Burlington for long term storage.
Generally West Burlington "storage" means it will never be fixed.

No, there is no shop at West Burlington, just a place to store.
