Be careful. I would think that Police would be paying attention
about West Burlington stored with around 100 locomotives.
Also keep in mind that it was just a plan. If there is no longer
room than it might be moved somewhere else. BNSF is right now
with around 1800 units in storage. I noticed, for example, that
Lincoln decided to move 80 units to Creston for more room. Other
changes will happen.
