It seems to me there is one in Kansas City and Fort Madison. Or there used

Speaking of bridges, did the Q have any bridges shared with auto traffic?
The SP (now UP) has a swing bridge in Sacramento that has double track on
the lower deck and automobile roadway on the upper deck.
